Where is Get Any Scent based?

Get Any Scent is a Dubai-based fragrance house serving the entire UAE. We operate
primarily online, with all orders dispatched from Dubai. You can reach us at
support.getanyscent@gmail.com or by post at P.O. Box 1714, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Are your perfumes 100% authentic?

Yes — every fragrance we sell is 100% authentic and sourced to guarantee its
originality. We carry genuine designer and niche houses, and
each bottle arrives in its original, sealed packaging. We never sell testers,
decants, or imitations.

Do you deliver across the UAE?

Yes. We deliver to all seven emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al
Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. Orders are typically delivered within
1–2 business days. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Can I return or exchange a fragrance?

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. To qualify, the item must be
unused and sealed in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, fragrances that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us straight away at
support.getanyscent@gmail.com and we'll make it right. To start a return, just email us and
we'll guide you through the next steps.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
plus Apple Pay / Google Pay. All payments are processed securely at checkout.
